More earings!

I have made two new pairs of earings, as always these are customizable to whatever colors you would like!  The first pair is perfect for this fall season with gold and amber beaded wire (with a little bit of wire wrapping to boot) ($8.00) and the second pair of earings is a go-to pair that is multicolored ($8.00) and can be worn with pretty much anything!  I hope you like them!  Like normal for me, these pictures have been taken with my phone...so please be kind.  Hopefully over the holiday weekend I will be able to take some decent pictures of all of the jewelry!  Thanks for looking!

Black and gold...always a classic color combo!

I made these the other night and love them!  They are a gold (non-tarnish) shaped wire and caged black drop earings!  Even the earwires are custom made.  Earings of this type (obviously the colored bead and the earwire color can be customized) can be custom made for $8.

Busy Busy Weekend

I actually got quite a bit done this weekend!  I worked on a bunch of Christmas presents (even though I am not anywhere near being even half-way finished with my list of things to finish up before Christmas).  I have some new items that I need to post on here, but am too lazy to pull the camera out and take pictures.  Project for Monday, maybe?

Tristen needed a pair of blue and yellow earings for school.  The original design I was working on just wouldn't work.  After many, many unsuccessful attempts (three to be exact) to get the resin technique (a new one I had never done before) to work, I gave up.  So, "T" is for Tristen!

Fill this bad boy up!!

I made a braided handle hobo bag this afternoon!  This bag is completely customizable with different trims, fabrics and either a braided or non-braided shoulder strap. The bag itself is fully lined with "scrunch" trim on the shoulder strap that can be scrunched up or pulled longer (however you want).  A velcro or magnetic snap closure can be added, depending on your preference. I will be making a variation of this in a cross-body bag.  This bag will sell for $20.00 (provided your choice of fabric is not overly expensive, i.e. leather, etc.)  I hope you like it!  Any constructive criticism is appreciated.

Unfinished project...

Please excuse the bad picture taken with my cell phone...but I am loving these and they are completely customizable with any word or name.  This one could be finished already, but I plan on taking it a step further this weekend.  Well, I haven't had the time to finish this up the way I would like.  I was going to add coloring into the areas that are "swirled" and "circled".  Maybe I will try it with a different project.  If you are interested in the wire worded necklace I will be selling these (customized to whatever word you would like and whatever type of necklace you would like i.e. leather, ribbon, beaded) for $16.  Obviously the colored versions will be a different price.

New addiction!

OMG!!  Finally started poking around Pinterest and love it!!! My own virtual idea/bulletin board!!  I'm hooked! 

So many projects....

So many projects...so little time!  I have way too many projects in the works and can't seem to ever reach that satisfaction of completion!  I have Christmas projects, special order projects, website projects, sewing projects, wire and beading projects, resin projects, "trial and error" projects...projects projects everywhere! 

I think I am starting to not like the word "projects"!

Purple and Gold

This is a pair of hand-wired earings with purple and gold beads and a hand-made original and custom resin piece in the same colors.  It was a special request to have these colors together as they match the "school colors".  The price is the same as my other earings ($8), and as stated before, anything that I have done can be recreated and customized to what coloring and items you prefer!

Gettin Crafty With It

Trying to get a little crafty today with items I already have.  Some things are turning out better than others...I guess that its just how it goes!  The good thing its that if I don't like it, it is no big deal!

Sorry about all the cruddy cell phone pictures,but that's all I felt like dealing with late last night.  Anyway, the vast majority of what you see here is handmade.  The only parts that are not handmade are the chains, maybe a few jump rings here or there and the earing wires.

I spent the weekend basically in bed, trying to feel better.  I hate when I get sinus and chest congestion!!  Although when I was awake and moving around I did work a little bit on some new wire techniques and on my new resin projects.  I cant wait to see how it all turns out!!  I know what I want it to look like and I hope it turns out this way! 

Beginnings...

Well, I have finally decided to start a blog!  Just another item in the long list of things that I need and want to do!  "Welcome to my world!"  

This page will be dedicated to my new-found hobbies and obsessions.  Wired Jewelry!!  Beading!!  Sewing!!  And hopefully, time permitting, making resin jewelry!! Basically anything creative that enables me to use my hands.

Periodically I may post some items about makeup and nail polish...my other obsessions.  But, I doubt that will happen very much.  I want to keep this pretty much about the jewelry that I am working on.
